5 STAR PEST SOLUTIONS LLC is hiring a Pest Control Technician to manage daily route operations, perform interior and exterior inspections, and provide effective pest solutions to customers. You will apply pesticides per label instructions, maintain safety, and assist with sales leads.

Requirements include a high school diploma, strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Pest control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pest control route day to day operations.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections for pests.
• Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One-time to continual maintenance.
• Provide estimates timely.
• Apply pesticides according to schedule, Safety procedures and Label instructions.
• Safe and efficient setting and removal of rodent traps, wasp, hornet, and bees’ nests.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties.
• Continually build your knowledge of pest control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.
• Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist with generating new sales leads.
• Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager.
