HomeTeam Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service homeowners on a daily route, maintaining a professional appearance with truck, equipment, and uniform. You will diagnose pest issues, recommend additional services when needed, and keep your pest control license current through seminars.

The role emphasizes independent work, timely service ticket submission, and occasional Saturday routes, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Branch 2 license; training and licensing for Branch 3 after hire.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and safely use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including your truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain your pest control license and continue learning through seminars.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Work independently with motivation and focus.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish the week’s route.
