Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a HomeTeam Pest Control Technician to service routes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will diagnose pest issues, maintain a professional appearance, and act independently while following safety standards.

Responsibilities include completing service tickets, attending seminars to sharpen knowledge, and occasionally working Saturdays to finish the week’s route. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Maintain pest control license and stay updated on seminars.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including your vehicle, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and suggest additional services as needed.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to the office.
