Orkin is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to join the Best in Pests. You'll start with award-winning training and learn to protect homes and businesses on a designated service route, delivering safe, effective pest management with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; we train you to be a pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedules and ensure timely, safe arrival at customer locations.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Understand customer needs and propose effective, innovative pest solutions.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties; training provided.
• Document all service activities in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license

Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days
