Job summary

Orkin is hiring in Minnesota for motivated individuals to join our team as Orkin Pros. We offer paid training from day one, no pest control experience required, and a real path to a long-term, stable career in a recession-resistant industry.

As an Orkin Pro you’ll serve customers on your daily route, inspect properties for pest issues, communicate solutions clearly, and use company vehicles and handheld devices to complete reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
