Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Strong customer service background and reliability.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Capacity to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest protection and exceptional customer service.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
• Log service visits and scheduling in handheld devices.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Assist with training and onboarding when needed.
