Orkin is hiring in Minnesota for a hands-on role focused on pest and home protection system installation. No prior pest control experience is required thanks to our award-winning training program.

You’ll work with a crew, perform attic/crawlspace services, and handle light carpentry while communicating clearly with customers. Competitive pay starting at $20–$22 per hour, full benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement into leadership roles make this a stable, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Candidates with construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, confined spaces, and on roofs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a project.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
