Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join as Orkin Pros. This role offers paid training from day one with no prior pest control experience required.

You’ll learn to identify pest issues, explain findings, and recommend services while following safety protocols and using company vehicles and devices. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and focus on customer service.
• Identify pest issues inside/outside homes or businesses, with full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services for security and information.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting services and handling equipment.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly and log findings using handheld devices.
