Orkin is hiring a motivated Pest Control Pro in the United States (CT). No pest control experience is required, with paid training from day one. You will protect homes and businesses and grow your career in a stable, award-winning team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb and crawl as needed.
• Wear PPE, including respirator when required by OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection, communicate clearly, and demonstrate customer focus in every interaction.
• Identify pest issues both inside and outside homes or businesses, full training provided.
• Explain findings, answer questions, and recommend services that help customers feel secure and informed.
• Follow all safety protocols while conducting services, handling equipment, and applying treatments to protect yourself, your team, and customers.
• Handle company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly while adhering to best practices.
• Use handheld devices to log findings, complete service reports, and track customer interactions efficiently.
