As an Orkin Pro, you’ll protect homes and businesses, identify pest issues inside and outside, explain findings, and recommend services while following safety protocols and using company tools. No prior pest control experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Willingness to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier pest protection and communicate clearly with customers.
• Identify pest issues inside and outside homes or businesses.
• Explain findings and recommend services to help customers feel secure.
• Follow safety protocols when conducting services and handling equipment.
• Log findings and service reports using handheld devices.
• Manage company vehicles, tools, and materials responsibly.
