Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join as Orkin Pros, starting with paid training and a pathway to a rewarding pest-control career. You will be trained to safely protect homes and businesses, follow routes, operate company vehicles, and communicate with customers to ensure peace of mind about pest management.

No prior pest control experience is required; you will be supported throughout training and advancement.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we'll train you to become a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Safely provide the highest level of protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete our award-winning training to learn required skills.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation plan within territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain equipment.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services.
