Orkin is hiring a Pest Control Technician - Will Train (Sales) to join a purpose-driven team delivering safe, pest-free spaces. You will start with comprehensive training and learn to diagnose issues, plan treatments, and deliver high-quality service on designated routes.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and keep equipment clean.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Provide empathetic problem-solving and propose efficient solutions.
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties; training provided.
• Document all service activities in handheld device.
