Job summary

Orkin, LLC is hiring an entry-level Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) on a full-time basis. You will join a professional team delivering high-quality pest management services on assigned routes, with comprehensive training up front and ongoing support.

No prior pest control experience is required. A valid driver's license is required, and you will obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days with company-paid training. A competitive benefits package accompanies this role.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we will train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete training to learn skills and knowledge to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedules and arrive on time at each location.
• Explain actions to customers and discuss additional services.
