Orkin is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician (Will Train) to join our team. You’ll start with award-winning training and gain field experience delivering pest control services along a scheduled route within your territory.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required—we train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based tasks and interact with customers.
• We hire qualified applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning company paid training and learn to operate a pest control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within the assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to select the most effective pest solution for each customer.
• Complete all service-related documentation using the provided handheld device.
