No pest-control experience is required—Orkin provides comprehensive training, a company vehicle with gas card, and opportunities for growth within a 120+ year legacy of service.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; company provides training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route assignments, and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training to learn skills for customer service on routes.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedules and ensure timely, safe arrivals to customer locations.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Communicate actions taken to customers and discuss additional services.
