Orkin is hiring a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to deliver safe, reliable pest control services on assigned routes. No prior pest control experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (paid by company).
• No industry experience required to start and build a career with Orkin.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide top-level protection and service on a defined route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn essential skills for customer service.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities and adhere to route schedules.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment.
• Explain actions to customers, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect interiors/exterior of properties; communicate actions and results to customers.
• Record all service notes accurately using handheld device.
