Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking motivated individuals with construction, roofing, or home improvement background to build a stable career in a recession‑resistant industry. No prior pest control experience is required because our award‑winning paid training program will teach you the skills you need.

You’ll inspect and install pest protection systems, perform attic services, and complete reports with a handheld device.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
