Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals in the United States to join its pest control team. No prior pest control experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided.

You'll inspect, install, and service pest protection systems, perform attic/crawlspace work, and handle light carpentry while communicating clearly with customers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
