Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join a hands-on pest control team. No prior pest control experience is required because our paid training program will equip you to succeed.

We protect homes and businesses and offer a stable, recession-resistant career. You’ll inspect and install pest control systems, complete attic and crawlspace services, do light carpentry, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• Willingness to wear PPE and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Collaborate with a crew of technicians to complete tasks.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
