Job summary

Orkin is hiring Service Technicians to deliver high-quality pest control and customer service. You’ll start with award-winning training and work on a route-based schedule within an assigned territory. A strong safety mindset, professionalism, and empathy are essential as you help customers protect their homes and businesses.

The role offers a company vehicle with a gas card, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training to build your skills. No prior pest control experience is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently on route-based assignments and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route and operation schedules within territory
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy with customers
• Recommend the most efficient and innovative pest solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions and discuss additional services
• Inspect interior and exterior of properties and communicate actions taken
• Complete all service-related documentation using handheld device
