The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass licensing exams, and a commitment to working 40 hours per week. Training is available for those with no experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite-related treatments following IPM guidelines and site-specific plans.
• Prepare sites for treatment, including removing debris and setting up equipment.
• Apply wood-destroying organism treatments (e.g., termite bait stations, liquid treatments) to structures.
• Maintain and operate company vehicle and equipment; ensure safety and compliance.
