HomeTeam Pest Defense in Charleston, SC is seeking a route-based pest control professional who can deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a professional appearance, and diagnose pest issues for homeowners on your route.

You will keep your pest control license active and attend seminars, submit clear service tickets, and work independently with occasional Saturday routes. Company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Occasionally work Saturdays to finish out the week’s route.
