Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to inspect properties, determine treatments, apply pesticides or traps, and ensure customer satisfaction with effective solutions. Youll also maintain detailed records and stay current on industry best practices.

You will perform inspections, apply treatments, advise clients on remediation options, and keep accurate digital logs while complying with safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control technician experience (termite experience a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid pest control license/certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Driving 21+ with a clean driving record.
• No felonies.
• Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and control methods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and surrounding areas to identify pest species and infestation levels; measure treatment areas and estimate service costs.
• Safely apply EPA-labeled pesticides; deploy traps, baits, and exclusion measures; remove nests when needed.
• Advise clients on remediation options and preventive measures; conduct follow-up visits.
