Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Pest Control Technician to inspect properties, identify infestations, and apply EPA-labeled pesticides or traps while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will maintain detailed service records, stay current on industry best practices, and contribute to a team focused on safe, effective pest control.

A valid pest control license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as pest control technician, termite experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong knowledge of pest biology, behavior and control methods

Responsibilities

• Inspection and diagnosis of pest infestations and estimate service costs
• Safely apply EPA-labeled pesticides and use traps, baits, and exclusion measures
• Advise clients on remediation options and preventive measures
• Maintain digital logs of services performed, chemicals used, and interactions with customers
• Develop long-term solutions for complex pest issues while ensuring safety
• Stay up-to-date on techniques, products, and certifications
