Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Able to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn all areas of pest control.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential customers.
• Inspect properties for infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Identify pests and apply approved chemicals, baits, and traps.
• Educate customers on prevention and reducing infestations.
• Build relationships and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Assist with sales and expand products to customers.
• Maintain and inspect pest control equipment.
• Follow safety regulations and drive service vehicle.
