• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding professionally and promptly to customer requests.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes
• Experience in pest control for the food and commodity industries is a plus
• Some weekend and holiday work required
• Ability to attain Pest Control and CDL Class C licenses with Hazardous Material endorsement
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Good driving record and pass a drug screen
• Meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
• Use ladders safely within weight limits
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions
