OPC Pest Services, founded in Louisville, Kentucky, is seeking Pest Control Technicians for a full-time, year-round role serving Louisville and surrounding communities. You will start from home and drive a company vehicle to residential and commercial properties, delivering pest management services with independence and professional integrity.

The position offers paid training starting at $19 per hour plus uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $60,000 to $80,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid drivers license. Must be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.

Qualifications

• No experience in pest control necessary
• High School Diploma/GED

• Valid driver’s licensemust be maintained through life of employment
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.

• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
