  • Perform pest control related service requests for single-family rental properties while ensuring timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.

  • Available for on-call service, weekends and evenings as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
  • Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

  • Must always possess a valid driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance and have no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last 5 years.
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.
  • Proficiency with Windows and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Pest Control License -Must be licensed in the State of Texas to perform pest control.
