- Perform pest control related service requests for single-family rental properties while ensuring timely and accurate service to customers in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and act on the department’s projected and forecasted performance goals including but not limited to: Number of work orders completed, and average completion times of work orders.
- Manage and maintain proper levels of inventory related to supplies, tools, and parts.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Ensure all workplace safety standards and practices are always upheld, including but not limited to EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Available for on-call service, weekends and evenings as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain proper levels of inventory related to supplies, tools, and parts.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
- Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.
- Knowledge of management methods and sound employee relations techniques with an ability to connect to staff, troubleshoot problems and help teams collaborate, as necessary.

- Must always possess a valid driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance and have no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUIs in the last 5 years.
- Ability to climb up and down stairs several times each day and lift 50 pounds with ease.
- Proficiency with Windows and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Pest Control License -Must be licensed in the State of Texas to perform pest control.
