Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding customer service during pest-control appointments in Omaha.

You will inspect for pests, apply approved treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers through clear communication and thorough service notes. Requires 1+ year of customer service, a valid driver's license with a multi-year driving history, and state-required pest control licensing if applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Pest control licensing or state-required training if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments and answering questions.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles for readiness.
• Follow safety standards and use technology to manage appointments and documentation.
