Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to join our team. You will start with award-winning training, learn to protect homes and businesses, and work on a designated service route.

We offer competitive earnings from $18 to $20 per hour, plus a company vehicle and gas card upon route assignment, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. No prior pest control experience is required to start your career with Orkin.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers in businesses and homes.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide protection and service on a designated service route.
• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge to serve our customers.
• Follow a route and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle/equipment cleanliness.
• Explain actions taken to customers and ensure satisfaction, offering additional services.
