Compensation

$20-$25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (Must be willing to work at least 2 weekends per month and nights as needed.)

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• NY Pest Control Applicator License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, effective through verbal, written, and in-person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel, bend as necessary for the job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
