Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Home Care Specialist to inspect residential properties, apply pest control solutions, and ensure homes remain pest-free. You will work independently in the field with a focus on safety, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

You will document pest activity after each visit, follow product labels, and maintain the company vehicle and tools. Prior pest control experience helps, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a 3+ year driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we will train the right person.

• Inspect & Treat: conduct detailed residential inspections and apply targeted pest control solutions.
• Document: record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.

Pay Information:

• No Experience: $18.00 per hour
• 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
• 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells
• $1000 Sign-On Bonus - For licensed and currently registered technicians with MDARD (7A and 7F)

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
