Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Home Care Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service while keeping homes pest-free. You will inspect residential properties, apply targeted pest control solutions safely, and represent a friendly face in the field.

This role emphasizes independence in the field with support from a team, a company vehicle provided, and clear pay scales with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
• Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

Pay Information:

• No Experience: $18.00 per hour
• 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
• 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
