Job summary

Mira Home in Michigan is seeking a Home Care Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service while keeping homes pest-free. You will work in the field, starting from your home base, and represent the friendly face of our pest-control team.

This role offers independence in the field, a company vehicle to travel between visits, and earning potential through base pay plus bonuses and commissions. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Pest control experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and treat residential properties with pest control solutions.
• Document pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Follow safety guidelines and state regulations.

Pay Information:

• No Experience: $18.00 per hour
• 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
• 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.

Your Role in Action:

• Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
• Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
