Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).

• Experience in pest control is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect & Treat: conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document: record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Safety First: adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Customer Service: be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
• Equipment Care: keep company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

Pay Information:

• No Experience: $18.00 per hour
• 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
• 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
