Join our Aptive team as a full-time Pest Control Technician! We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player who enjoys working both independently and in a team environment. This position involves traveling in the Warrenton, VA area, with weekly reporting to our Alexandria, VA office.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. $19 - $23 an hour
2. Uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses, including up to $300 bi-weekly bonuses

Responsibilities include:

1. Running daily routes to resolve customer pest issues
2. Maintaining trucks and equipment
3. Keeping accurate treatment records
4. Applying pesticides following laws and safety standards
5. Providing tailored pest solutions for customers
6. Maintaining service standards and customer relationships
7. Advising customers on potential issues
8. Reporting problems to management
9. Managing pesticide inventory

Work schedule includes every other Saturday. You will be assigned a local route and carry a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

1. No experience necessary; training provided
2. Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
3. Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two in four years)
4. Drug test and background check required
