We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player for a full-time Pest Control Technician position in Wake Forest, NC. This role involves working on the road with reporting to our Raleigh, NC office once a week. We value team players who also excel individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $16 - $20 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to address customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Keep accurate treatment records
• Apply pesticides following laws and safety standards
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Maintain service standards and inform management of issues
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in local areas, carrying a backpack weighing approx. 50 lbs
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; we provide training
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past year, no more than 2 in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
