Join our Aptive team as a full-time Pest Control Technician! This role involves working on the road around Augusta, GA, with weekly reporting to our Columbia, SC office. We seek a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented team player who enjoys both team and individual work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes, resolving customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Accurately record treatments
• Apply pesticides following laws
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Maintain customer service standards
• Advise customers on potential issues
• Report route problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in your local area
• Carry a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years)
• Pass drug test and background check
