Aptive Environmental, LLC is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service routes around Monroe, NY. This full-time on-site role reports to the Hawthorne, NY office weekly and offers a competitive hourly wage with overtime potential and a comprehensive benefit package.

You will resolve customer pest concerns, maintain equipment, and follow state and federal laws while delivering tailored pest control solutions. Training is provided, with a strong team culture and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• U.S. driver's license valid minimum 3 years.
• Clean driving record (≤1 moving violation in past year; ≤2 in past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run daily route resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment; keep records of treatments.
• Apply pesticides per state and federal laws.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides.
• Carry a product backpack weighing ~50 lbs.
• Route locally and report issues to supervisor.
