Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service routes around Edmonds, WA, with weekly reporting to the Everett office. You will handle pest concerns, operate and maintain equipment, and follow safety guidelines to protect customers and homes.

The role offers an uncapped bonus structure for upgrades and referrals, a company vehicle, and paid training, alongside benefits such as health, dental, vision, and 401K with employer matching.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years is required.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation past year, no more than 2 past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run daily route resolving customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Advise customers on potential problems and best pest solutions.
