Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service routes around the area. The role reports to the Virginia Beach office weekly and offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with on-the-road work.

No experience is required; training is provided. The position includes a competitive hourly wage ($17.50–$20.50) with overtime, a company vehicle, and benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• A US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and service all route customers per company standards.
