Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician to cover a daily route around Manchester, NH. The role reports to the Manchester office weekly and offers a traffic-friendly field position with paid training and modern benefits.

Employees can work in a team setting or individually, with opportunities for advancement and a company vehicle to drive home nightly. The role features uncapped bonuses and a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• No experience required; company will train you.
• A US driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years is required.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years.
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of route issues.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides in usage.
• You will be assigned a route in your local area.
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Manchester, NH. This position will report to our office in Manchester, NH once per week. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.

• $21.00 - $23.00 an hour
