We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position primarily based in the Kyle, TX area, with weekly reporting to our Austin, TX office. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and also excels independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18 - $22 an hour

Responsibilities include:

• Running daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintaining truck and equipment
• Keeping accurate treatment records
• Mixing and applying pesticides following laws
• Providing expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Servicing all route customers per standards
• Advising customers on potential issues
• Reporting problems to management
• Managing pesticide inventory
• Working in your local area with assigned routes
• Carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one violation in past year, no more than two in past four years)
• Drug test and background check required
