Position Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician position involves traveling in the Kyle, TX area. The role reports to our Austin, TX office once a week. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a team environment and excel at individual tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18 - $22 an hour
• Uncapped sales and referral bonuses, including bi-weekly bonuses up to $300

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to address customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Accurately record treatments
• Apply pesticides following regulations
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Service route customers per standards
• Advise customers on potential issues
• Report problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in local areas, carrying approximately 50 lbs backpack
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
