Job summary

Aptive Environmental in Prosper, TX seeks a full-time Pest Control Technician to operate on a local road-based route, reporting weekly to the Plano office. You will resolve customer pest concerns and maintain equipment while delivering high-quality service.

You will apply pesticides per state and federal laws, keep detailed records, and advise customers on the best pest solutions. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• A US drivers license with a minimum of 3 years is required.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than 1 moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix and apply pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers needs and provide optimal pest solutions.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and ensure proper usage.
