Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC in Mesquite, TX is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our field team. You will run a daily route addressing customer pest concerns, apply treatments, and maintain equipment in good working order while adhering to state and federal laws.

No experience is required—paid training is provided. A valid US driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to work on an on-site route are required. A company vehicle and benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Run daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as subject matter expert for customers to implement effective pest solutions.
• Maintain/serve all route customers per company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of issues on routes.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Carry a ~50 lb product backpack.
• Route in local area; some Saturdays.
• Overtime may be available.
