Job summary

Aptive Environmental is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to service customers in the San Mateo area, reporting weekly to the Fremont office. The role offers a company vehicle, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package, with an overtime opportunity and uncapped bonuses for referrals and upgrades.

Responsibilities include running a daily route, applying pesticides under state and federal laws, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past year; no more than 2 in 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route to resolve customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate treatment records and inventory of pesticides.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as subject matter expert to tailor pest solutions for each customer.
• Maintain service with route customers per company standards and procedures.
