PestCo is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician to join our Pasco, WA team. The role involves providing pest remediation and prevention solutions for homes and businesses, with one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance as needed.

Day-to-day duties include scheduling and completing appointments, applying best pest control practices, and maintaining safety equipment and records. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform kneeling/bending tasks as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screen.
• Pest control license or experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for commercial or residential sites.
• Offer estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete scheduled appointments on time per company policies and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert to determine the best pest solution for each customer.
• Use safety equipment as instructed and maintain equipment and PPE.
• Keep accurate records and present a professional appearance.

Monday-Friday (Saturdays May be Required During Peak season)

Key Responsibilities

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
