Pointe Pest Control is the Premier Pest Control agency in the Northwest, dedicated to exceptional customer service and high-performance teamwork. Technicians leave from a Vancouver, WA location and work in a company-provided vehicle, with some in-office days per month.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills through verbal, written and in person.
• Excellent customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures.
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance to customers.
• Complete scheduled appointments on time in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by identifying the best pest solution for each case.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment (vehicle, uniform, PPE, paperwork, literature).
• Focus on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.

Location: Vancouver, WA (Office location is Vancouver, however techs leave from and return home each day in company provided vehicle. Work from office location 2 times a month and while training.)

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
