Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Service Technician to deliver pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential and commercial customers. You will conduct inspections, implement effective treatment plans, and maintain safety and professionalism on every route.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest control experience or license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for commercial or residential structures.
• Complete scheduled customer appointments on time and in accordance with company policies.
• Act as subject matter expert to select efficient pest control solutions for each customer.
• Use safety equipment as instructed and maintain vehicle, PPE, and literature in good condition.
• Prioritize attention to detail and accurate record keeping on all work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but not required)
